Welcome! I’m so glad you found your way to my work.

My slots for ongoing sessions are currently for individuals located in Florida, but I’m pleased to offer Remote sessions to those who want to receive direct guidance from me that are out of state. After decades of working with individuals and specializing in Mental Health, I can hone in very quickly on the stuck points and help my coaching clients move forward in their healing work.

Through a 75 minute session, I will listen to your story then give you my insight that will be targeted specifically for your situation. Many of my consultation clients have said that a single session with me was more effective than several therapy sessions. At the same time, if you’re working with a skilled therapist, a private session can expedite your work as you can bring what you’ve learned back to your therapy.

The Session fee is payable in full when we book the appointment, I do not accept insurance. I’m currently booking out about 2 - 3 weeks.
